My focus for this look was elegance. I wanted to create a stunning ensemble that was delicate, yet simple. I selected a white Angelique Jaquard dress with beautiful gold detail. Keeping the accessories simple, I chose a pair of playful gold bow-tie earrings and a gold pendent with a turquoise center piece. The color of the necklace in contrast to the outfit will draw attention to my client's collarbone area which I have always believed to be a very sexy part of a woman's body. As for a bag, a classic black clutch always does the trick. In addition, I wanted a pair of shoes with a flat heel due to the romance of the occasion. Therefore, I chose a pair of pretty T-strap sandals to pull the look together.

I believe the key to dressing any outfit up or down is accessories. In the set above, the main component of this look is a navy halter paired with an over-sized boyfriend blazer. For the professional look, I added some simple gold/black accessories for a more formal feel. The neutral colored pumps are sexy, yet sophisticated. I incorporated brighter jewelry for the night-out look along with a studded clutch for some edge. The Rock and Republic sandals are really the stand-out piece. I feel that the sexy chains on the shoe evens out the more casual feel of the blazer and are a great color combination with the navy color of the dress.

For this scenario, I took into consideration the client's age. A woman just hitting her 30's most likely still has a figure to show off. Therefore, a beautiful rose halter paired with high-waisted shorts provides for an elegant appearance. Meanwhile, the shorts with the high-heeled Jemmia Sandals accentuates her legs and is still age-appropriate. A leather jacket gives the look some edge and the bag adds a pop of color. Overall, this ensemble will look effortless and make you feel great for old classmates you are trying to impress.
